Alfredo Matias Padilla

Alfredo “Alfred” Matias Padilla, 84, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at his home in Springerville. He was born February 24, 1939 in Concho, Arizona, the son of Guillermo Padilla and Pablita Candelaria.

Alfred was a great father and grandfather. He was a master fisherman who loved spending time with his family. He was a devoted and faithful husband and friend to many who could always count on him. Alfred will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa Padilla, Springerville; son, David Padilla, Eagar; daughter Pauline Padilla, Greer; brother, Guillermo Padilla, Concho; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Rosary will be held Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Springerville, followed by a memorial Mass at 10:00 a.m.
