Vicky Jan Mullican, 81, of Eagar, Arizona, went home to Heaven, Saturday, January 20, 2024. Her husband, son and daughter were by her side as she passed peacefully.
Jan was born on May 20, 1942 in Merkel, Texas to her loving parents, Elvis Cline Satterwhite and Geraldine Sloan Satterwhite. She grew up in Abilene, Texas along with her siblings, Barry, Gay Lynn and Steve. She attended Abilene Christian College where she was a cheerleader and homecoming queen. Abilene is where she met the love of her life, Randall “Randy” Mullican. After marriage, they moved to Roswell, New Mexico where they had two children, Mitchell and Marcie.
Jan was a truly genuine and caring person. She loved her family and put everyone before herself. She loved spending time with her kids and her grandsons, Jay and Michael. Jan never met a stranger. People were drawn to her loving ways, her internal strength, character and her love for Jesus Christ. She was a strong Texas lady, with an accent that was unmistakable.
She will forever be missed by those who remain in this earthly world, her husband, Randall Mullican, Eagar; son, Mitchell Mullican, Big Fork, Montana; daughter, Marcie Bafford, Springerville; sister, Gay Lynn Testut and 2 grandchildren. We know that we will see her again. She is gone but never forgotten; forever in our hearts. We rejoice that she is home with her family and friends who went before her.
Those called home to Heaven before her include her parents, Cline and Geraldine Satterwhite, brothers, Barry Satterwhite, Steve Satterwhite and sister-in-law, Sandy Satterwhite.
