Sharon Ann Derrick, 63, passed away, Monday, April 15, 2024 in Luna, New Mexico. She was born October 13, 1960 in St. Johns, Arizona, the daughter of John Herbert Craig and Edna Elsie Fuentes.
Sharon was dependable, hardworking and loved things done with precision and order. She was an immaculate house keeper and everything she did was with the utmost care and consideration to her work. Sharon excelled in the many management and leadership positions she held over the years through service positions she held in her church and the jobs she had; the last of which was obtaining a position as Postmaster for the US Postal Service in Luna for which she was very proud.
The past 3 years she struggled with the devastating long term effects of Covid and finally lost her long, valiant fight. Through it all she never wavered and never complained.
She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
