Patrick Henry Leyba

Patrick Henry Leyba, 44, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021 in Phoenix. He was born July 17, 1977 in Show Low, the son of Louis B. Leyba and Andreita Sandra Romero.

Patrick was a fire fighter and a heavy equipment operator.

Patrick is survived by his daughters, Kaylee Leyba, Celina Leyba, Elyse Leyba, mother, Andreita Sandra Leyba, sisters, Rendy Leyba, Tiffany Leyba and Andreita Leyba.

He was preceded in death by his father, Louis B. Leyba.

A viewing will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at St. John the Catholic Baptist Church, followed by Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held Friday, September 10, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. also at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Inurnment will take place at a later date in the St. Johns Catholic Cemetery.
