Marcus Jeffery Hill

Marcus Jeffery Hill, 32, passed away, Sunday, March 6, 2022 in Farmington, New Mexico. He was born June 9, 1989 in Springerville.

Marcus touched the lives of many and every life he touched he brought joy into their world. He loved and was loved by anyone he met. His smile was infectious and he never left home without it. He adored his children, his Grandma and Tata and his family. Everywhere he went he made “best” friends. He loved the outdoors, motorcycles, horses, boating, snowboarding and any other adventure he could find. He beat to a different drum, music was his life. You would never see him without his guitar, strumming and singing.

We did not lose a son, a father, a grandson, a brother or a best friend; we gained an angel. He will be forever in our hearts and always be watching over us. If you listen you will hear Marcus in the music. Take that guitar and sing, dance and be free. We’ll be listening for you. Until we meet again.

Marcus is survived by his son, Zildjian Hill, daughter, Zoee Hill, their mother, Briana Guzman, mother, Lori Gomez (Cody Bateman) Dynneson, brothers, Domanic Larsen, David Dynneson (Jennika DeAdder), sisters, Alexandria Hill, Leslie (Brayden) Humphreys, aunts and uncles, Gino Gomez (Brea Marquez), Brando (Tammy) Gomez, Jake Gomez, Corrine Gomez, Tara Gomez, Gina Montano, Lee Montano, grandparents, Alex Gomez, Eloisa Gomez, cousins, Jadon Gomez, Gabriel Gomez, Cedro Gomez, Elyse (Cauy) Fillingim, Marian Gomez, Alex Gomez, Hallie Gomez, Tierra Edelblute, Aryiah Edelblute and nieces and nephews, Brodon Crick, Jaxdan Sheltrown, Jake Sheltrown, Alex Arellano, Steven Arellano, Zayden Dynneson and Carter Dynneson.

A viewing will be held Friday, March 11, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Burnham Mortuary, Eagar. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 2 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Eagar Stake Center, with visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow services at the Eagar Cemetery.
