Loretta Ann Brown Slade

Loretta Ann Brown Slade, 79, passed away, Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at her home in Eagar, surrounded by her family. She was born November 20, 1943 in Springerville, the youngest child of Allison Adolph Brown and Hettie Ruby Peery.

Loretta met the love of her life Arnold “Tuffy” Slade in Nutrioso. They were married March 2, 1962 and lived most of their lives in Eagar. She was a hard worker and touched the lives of so many. She valued her family and her home above all.

Loretta is survived by her children, Arnold “Tuffy” (RaShae) Slade, Gold Canyon; Steve (Nancy) Slade, San Tan Valley; Kendie (Bret) Foster, Eagar; Brent “BJ” (Ronda) Slade, Eagar; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Arnold J. “Tuffy” Slade and siblings, Bobby, Billy, Katherine and Raymond.

Loretta’s wishes were to have a get-together with family and close friends. Time and date will be announced at a later date.
