Leandro “Lee” Mazon Jaramillo, Jr., 72, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at his home in St. Johns. He was born October 20, 1945 in St. Johns, the son of Leandro T. Jaramillo and Esmel Marquez Jaramillo. Lee was a proud military man who served his country for 20 years in the United States Army. Lee worked at SRP as head of security for 16 years and at St. Johns High School for 15 years. He will be greatly missed by his family. Lee is now dancing in Heaven with the love of his life, Dolores. Lee is survived by his son, Alexander Jaramillo, daughter, Angelique Jaramillo Sykes, brother, Augstin Jaramillo, sisters, Cora Jaramillo, Barbra Jaramillo, 5 grandchildren, Damion, Domonique, Miranda, Kayla, Dolores and 2 great grandchildren, Kadence and Stilin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores A. Jaramillo, parents and brother, Gilbert Jaramillo. Rosary will be held Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, St. Johns, with a Memorial Mass following at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow the Memorial Mass at the St. Johns Catholic Cemetery.
