Harold Owen Ward

Harold Owen Ward, 87, passed away, Sunday May 28, 2023, peacefully at his home in Springerville, Arizona. He was born in July 1936 in Quemado, New Mexico, the son of Eugene Ogden and Ethel Mae Tigret Ward.  He leaves behind a brother, Jerold Ward and a sister, Joan Ward.

Harold was a beloved husband to Sallie Ward. They were married for 64 years. He was father to Alan, Carl and Shanea (who preceded him in death) grandfather of 2 and great-grandfather of 4.

Harold retired from the forest where he worked recreation and range. He enjoyed working outdoors. Harold had a true cowboy spirit and spent many hours working on his cattle ranch with his family and lending a helping hand to anyone that may need assistance. 

He was a feisty, caring and loving person that has touched many lives for good. He will continue to bless the people that he knew for many years to come. He has gone ahead, but we will all be reunited again.
