Faye Marie Wiltbank Lipsey was born June 27, 1965 in the old rock hospital in Springerville. She was the first-born child of Emer Joy and Esther Jean Meeks Wiltbank.
Faye married John J. Lipsey of Midvale, Utah on February 10, 1990 in Mesa. They had one child, Crystal Fayth Lipsey of Chandler.
Faye is survived by her 6 siblings, Billy Wiltbank, Alpine; J.J. Wiltbank, Tucson; Stephanie Wood, Mesa; Emer N. Wiltbank, Mesa; Whitney Wiltbank, Eagar; and Tiffany Willis, St. Johns.
Faye attended Round Valley High School and participated in several sports; she LOVED sports of all kinds. She loved going to the Diamondback and Cardinal games and loved traveling and making new friends.
When Faye was in her mid-twenties, she was diagnosed with MS; however, she always said she had MS, but it didn’t have her. She gave life her all. She made a choice to see the good in life and enjoyed it to the fullest. She was a smile on wheels!
She was devoted to her husband, John and daughter, Crystal and loved going with them to their cabin they called Crystal Creek.
She loved her family ranches’ the Double Bar K and Sprucedale Guest Ranch and spent all her summers entertaining guests and riding horses. She is beloved by her many nieces, nephews, family, guests and friends. She loved her country and was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Faye is survived by her husband, John Lipsey and daughter, Crystal Lipsey.
She was preceded in death by her father, Emer Joy Wiltbank on Dec. 7, 2015.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Amity building, with visitation from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. She will be laid to rest at the Eagar Cemetery in the Wiltbank family grave site but her love, light and spirit will be loved and felt forever.
