Donald James Adams

Donald James "DJ" Adams, 41, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2022 in Eagar, Arizona. He was born April 1, 1981 in Payson, Arizona, the son of William L. Adams and Laurel Mae Grover.

“Dee Jay” was a beloved son, brother, father and friend; taken too soon. He was a carpenter and will be remembered for his big personality and even bigger heart. His smile was infectious as was his laughter. He loved his children and family fiercely and without question.

Until we meet again, brother, the sun is out and the birds are chirping.

He is survived by his girlfriend, Misty Hooper, Eagar; son, Wyatt Apfel, Humboldt; daughters, Apryl Adams, Humboldt; Josephine Adams, Humboldt; Violet Adams, Humboldt; mother, Laurel Adams, brother, Henry (Summer) Adams, Eagar; sisters, Julie (Mike) Canfield, Humboldt; and Amanda Sheldon, Tucson.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Adams.
