Debora Sue Lay Stewart, 67, passed away, Thursday, March 28, 2024 at her home in Springerville, Arizona. She was born October 20, 1956 in Flagstaff, Arizona, the daughter of George John Lay and Nada Foy.

Debora was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Daniel Stewart, Springerville; sons, Jason Stewart, Cottonwood; Randy Stewart, Eagar; daughter, Katie Smith, Eagar; brothers, David Lay, George Lay, sister, Linda Persky and 11 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A funeral service will be held Friday, April 5, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Springerville building, with visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow the services at the Springerville Cemetery.
