Catharine Fay Pond

Catharine Fay Pond, 23, of Longmont, Colorado, passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017. She was born July 15, 1994 in Louisville, Colorado to Sarah Bunnell and Paul Pond. After high school Catharine graduated with honors from the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts of Boulder, Colorado. Catharine was a restaurant cook; she loved and lived to cook. She also enjoyed working at Sprucedale Ranch in Arizona. Catharine was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints of Berthoud, Colorado. Catharine is survived by her mother, Sarah Bunnell, two brothers, David (Paige) Pond and Benjamin Pond and a niece and nephew. In lieu of flowers, please send stuffed animals that will be donated to Children’s Hospitals after the funeral or donations to the Catharine Pond Memorial Fund may be sent in care of Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, 326 Terry St, Longmont, Colorado 80501. Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Amity Building, Eagar, with visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow the Funeral Services at the Eagar Cemetery.
