Brooke Hamblin

Brooke Hamblin, 31, of Eagar, passed away Monday, August 28, 2017 at home, in the care of her loving parents. She was born May 7, 1986 in Mesa. Brooke lived her entire life in Eagar where she was surrounded by family and caring community members. From her very beginnings she defied doctor prognosis and fought hard to live life in her own way. She loved the outdoors, animals, riding horses, music and a good joke. She brought her family closer in love and a knowledge of God’s eternal plan. Those who looked beyond her disability found a bright spirit that was unjudging and kind. Brooke is survived by her parents, Kayle and Becky Hamblin, Eagar; siblings, Brett (Kristin) Hamblin, Mesa; Erin (Joseph) Shim, Denver, Colorado; Layton (Erienne) Hamblin, Chandler; and 10 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. Funeral Services will be held Friday, September 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Eagar Stake Center, with visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow the funeral services at the Eagar Cemetery.
