Arlene Noble Saline, 89, passed away peacefully, Friday, April 12, 2024 in Prescott Valley, Arizona, with her daughters by her side. She was born March 7, 1935 in Mesa, Arizona to Rozella Brinkerhoff Noble and Charles Leslie Noble from Alpine, Arizona.
Arlene was an avid reader. She had a book in her hand or in her purse almost her entire life. When she was growing up in Alpine, she read every book in the school’s library, so families would loan her their books to read.
Arlene was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Every aspect of her life was intertwined with the church. She married Kenneth Rex Saline in the Mesa Temple on November 24, 1954. In their later years, they both taught school in St. Johns, Arizona for years and retired there.
They had many adventures traveling around the country, Mexico and Alaska. They served 2 missions together in Martin’s Cove, Wyoming and in Sedalia, Missouri. She loved to tell stories of them going to the NFR Rodeo finals in Las Vegas, (17) years in a row with different friends they met from their missions; Bev and Larry Heap from St. Johns and Mahlon and Nancy Lundquist from Utah.
She loved spending time with her family, visiting with friends and going out to eat!
Arlene is survived by her daughters LaRee Price, Sara Saline (Roman) Romero, grandchildren, Brandon (Nikki) Bennett, Ashley Kenna (Gary) Hayes, Aaron Gallegos and great granddaughters, Addyson Hayes, Dallas Hayes, Layla Gallegos and Hadley Hayes.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rozella and Charles Noble, brothers, Meryn, Edward, Robert, David and Paul and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Myrtle and Eliga Saline.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
