Robert Jaramillo Romero

Robert J. Romero, 68, passed away Friday, February 10, 2017 in Concho. He was born June 9, 1948 in St. Johns, the son of Placido Jaramillo Romero and Alicia Jaramillo Romero. Robert was an iron worker for 40 years. He was a beloved father, grandfather and brother. He loved working on his home, fishing and winning at the casino. He is survived by his daughters, Celene Bensink, Theresa Teague, son, Ruben Valenzuela, brothers, Gerald Romero, Steve Romero, sisters, Eleanor Figueroa, Julia Reyes, Yolanda Gonzales, 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Consuelo Romero and daughter, Judy Camou. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, February 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at San Rafael Catholic Church, Concho. Interment will follow the Funeral Mass at the Concho Catholic Cemetery and a reception at the Church will be held afterwards.
