Frances Ann Morris O’Neil, 93, passed away Monday, February 15, 2016 in St. Johns. She was born July 2, 1922 in New York City, New York, the daughter of John Joseph and Catherine Elizabeth Flynn Morris. Frances was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, James H. O’Neil, daughters, Kathleen F. O’Neil, Rochester, Minnesota; Maureen A. Roessler, Green Valley; Eileen T. Furman, Springerville; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. The family has requested that no flowers be sent.
